Fairfax Racing Saddle
The Fairfax RACING saddle
MAY 2020 - News Flash
The Fairfax Saddlery team announced the launch of their new website, detailing the pressure testing, design, and production of the Fairfax racing saddle. Their extensive studies have shown the racing saddle trees currently in use are producing undue pressure and friction and that the new thought process has revealed some astounding results!

The Pressure’s On
Researchers
used a combination of pressure mapping and gait analysis to investigate the designs of commonly
used exercise saddles: full tree, half tree, and three-quarter tree.
The aim was to identify pressure magnitude and distribution under
each of the saddles then to establish whether the gait (gallop) was
improved in a new saddle designed to remove these pressures.
